At first, I was intimidated just by the thought. But I can ask become one of our favorite allies in my oldest (that is almost 3) absolutely loves it.
Here is some of my hiking essentials as a mom with 2 toddlers under 3:
My NUMBER 1 MUST HAVE is 👉🏼 my Ergobaby Carrier. It allows me to carry my (almost) 18 month old so I can keep up with my (almost) 3 year old & have my hands free.
It’s very comfortable for both her & I. Sometimes she even falls asleep😴 in there & takes a nap throughout the hike. It’s also great cause it has a pocket big enough to hold snacks, diaper, wipes & our mosquito repellent. 🦟🌳🥾
2 other items that makes hiking with 2 littles easier is, biker shorts with stretchy pockets to hold our water bottles 💦 & my Teva hiking sandals 🩴 are literally THE MOST comfortable hiking shoes I’ve ever used.
