You Don’t Attract More Until You Can Hold More
When you decide to receive more abundance in your life than you’ve ever allowed before… you start showing up differently for yourself.
I decided to join a boot camp. Not just to work out but to train my body to hold more.
Because here’s the truth: If your body isn’t used to holding more, it won’t cooperate with your mind when life starts offering you easier, better solutions.
After just two days, my whole body is sore. This morning, I could barely hold Oppy in my arms to kiss him.
And still… I went for a walk. Even though it’s Sunday.
Even though the boot camp is closed. Because this isn’t about motivation. It’s about who I’m becoming.
Building new habits takes time. It takes consistency.
But more than anything, it changes your relationship with life itself.
Every time you show up for yourself, you send a message: “I’m all in.”
That’s your business card to life. And life responds to that.
You don’t attract abundance just because you say you want it. You attract it when your body, your actions, and your nervous system feel safe holding it.
Because if your nervous system is still wired for scarcity, it will find a way to sabotage everything you’re trying to build. It will pull you back to what feels familiar, even if that’s struggle.
But when you learn how to regulate yourself… When you teach your body that it’s safe to receive, safe to grow, safe to hold more… abundance stops being something you chase. It becomes your default.
And that’s when everything changes.
Oppy is my reminder… and the one who keeps me accountable when nobody is watching.
He shows me, in his own quiet way, where life is asking me to move forward.
