#gettoknowme I'm new here but trying to get money for a lawyer to get my 5-year-old son back. That has been kept for me since he was 7 months old illegally. Might I add? I was never giving legal representation the entire time. The case was dismissed. The father isn't even on the Birth Certificate. The only thing stopping me from just going and getting my child is that I don't want to hurt him. So I'm gonna try and do it the right way. Please. I have no family to help me with funds. I do have a full-time job. However, but that just pays the bills. So please share my gofundme page in hopes of acquiring all of the money necessary to get the lawyer that I need to get visitation rights or to get my son back completely. My son's well being is my concern and where he's at now states away and doesn't even know his mother, his real mother. That's just not acceptable.Thank you in advance
Navigating legal issues surrounding child custody can be daunting. In many cases, single parents face significant challenges in securing the representation they need to reclaim their parental rights. It's essential to understand the legal landscape: custody can be impacted by various factors, including proof of parental involvement and the current living situation of the child. Families often find themselves at a loss when it comes to finances, as legal fees can be substantial. Gofundme campaigns like this one can be crucial in raising the necessary funds for attorneys who can help guide parents through this complex process. Furthermore, it's vital to gather as much documentation as possible, including birth certificates, medical records, and any previous court rulings. These records can serve as important evidence in custody battles. Community support plays a significant role in these situations, as sharing a campaign can reach individuals who might be able to contribute or offer resources. Additionally, potential local organizations and legal aid services can provide guidance. The goal is not just to regain custody but also to ensure the emotional and physical well-being of the child involved. Let's come together and advocate for families who need a voice and the financial backing to seek justice in these circumstances.
