While postpartum hair loss was a frustrating reality I faced, incorporating daily physical activity didn't fix that directly, but it significantly improved my mood and energy levels. I noticed how moving my body—whether it was a quick workout, a walk with my toddlers, or even simple stretching—helped me release stress and regain a sense of control amidst the chaos of motherhood. It truly made me happier, which translated into being more patient and present with my kids. The community of moms who work out also motivated me to stay consistent. Sharing challenges and celebrating small wins, like getting through a tough workday or an exhausting toddler tantrum, became easier when I knew I was supporting my body and mind. I want to encourage other moms, especially those juggling careers and toddlers, to find movement that fits their lifestyle. It doesn’t require hitting the gym for hours—small, consistent efforts to keep active can significantly uplift your mood and resilience as a mom. Remember, taking care of yourself is part of taking care of your family.
