snowman cake pops w/ little debbie christmas trees
Melted Snowman Cake Pops ⛄️🎄
These are such a cute and easy holiday treat, that doesn’t have to be perfect since they’re melting snowmen!!
What you need:
• Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
• White melting chocolate
• Muddy Buddy chocolate cones
• Orange gel icing pen
• Black gel icing pen
• Vanilla frosting (optional but recommended)
Instructions:
I used 4 Christmas Tree Cakes to make a small batch of 6 cake pops. Mash them together, not too much, just enough so there aren’t any big chunks left.
Form the mixture into balls. Mine weren’t perfectly even (you get the idea!!) but they still worked.
Melt your white chocolate low and slow on the stove until smooth.
Place the cake balls in the freezer for 5–6 minutes to firm up.
Optional tip: If you want perfectly round cake pops, add a little vanilla frosting before forming the balls. I didn’t have any, so mine were a little lumpy, totally fine though since the frosting from the Christmas Tree Cakes already helps everything stick.
Once firm, dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to coat completely, then transfer to a plate or baking sheet.
Repeat with all cake pops.
You can stop here, or place them back in the freezer and add a second chocolate layer (I did this for extra crunch).
While the chocolate is still wet, add a Muddy Buddy cone on top.
Once fully set, use your gel icing pens to add eyes and a carrot nose.
And that’s it, the cutest melted snowman Christmas treat 🤍☃️
