It’s hydrating, smells amazing, and gives a subtle color that refreshes my look instantly. Sometimes, switching to a plumping lip water like Alamar Cosmetics Plumping Lip Water is perfect for when you want all-day shine and hydration with no added color — it feels very elevated and keeps my lips looking fresh. Let’s not forget the importance of a good liner! The Maybelline Lifter Liner in Line Leader is my holy grail — smudge-proof, flattering on every lip shape, and giving that 'your lips but better' look. I find it pairs well with all my glossy lippies, holding them in place without feathering. If you’re deciding between glossy or matte lippies, I personally love gloss because it adds dimension and a youthful glow to the lips. Glosses can range from subtle shine to intense glossiness, and many modern formulas now hydrate and plump lips too. It’s a great way to brighten your makeup without heavy layers.
