$10.50 energy drink haul ⚡️
I am always trying out new energy drinks and feel like I’m honestly an expert now. These are some of my newer faves that you should definitely give a try! You can find all of these at Walmart!
Red Bull Spring Edition (Cherry Sakura): This is easily their best flavor. It tastes exactly like a cherry Jolly Rancher without that weird medicinal aftertaste.
- Price: $2.99
- 110 cals | 114 mg caffeine
Gorgie Sparkling Peach Tea: This is a much lighter option because the energy comes from green tea. It tastes like a fizzy peach tea and contains biotin for your hair, skin, and nails!! 💅🏻
- Price: $2.44
- 5cals | 150 mg caffeine
Update (Peach): This one is great for focus$ It’s made with paraxanthine, which gives you an energy boost without the typical crash from some drinks. It’s much less sweet and lighter than other brands and has less carbonation. If you find low cal energy drinks to be too sweet at times, try this one out.
- Price: $2.48
- 0 cals | 300 mg paraxanthine
Ryse Strawberry Watermelon: If you want extra benefits, this one has protein and prebiotics. The taste is a bit artificial, but the benefits make it worth it to me!!
- Price: $2.59
- 40 cals | 150 mg caffeine | 8g protein
Total cost of this haul was $10.50, which i think is pretty good for 4 days worth of energy.
What’s your favorite energy drink? 👇🏻
Trying out various energy drinks has been a fun journey for me, especially when I focus on affordability and health benefits. In this haul, each drink offers something distinct that caters to different needs throughout the day. For example, while Red Bull Cherry Sakura delights with its nostalgic cherry candy taste without the medicinal aftertaste, I appreciate how Gorgie Sparkling Peach Tea stands out by combining refreshing fizzy tea with green tea's natural caffeine and biotin, which supports my hair and skin health. It’s a lighter pick when I want just a subtle energy lift without extra calories. Update Peach introduces me to paraxanthine, a compound I found fascinating for its ability to enhance focus and minimize crashes—something rare in energy drinks. It’s also less sweet and carbonated, ideal when I’m sensitive to overly sweet flavors. Ryse Strawberry Watermelon is my go-to when I need an extra nutritional boost thanks to its protein and prebiotics. Admittedly, its artificial taste took some getting used to, but the benefits quickly outweighed that. Buying all these from Walmart at a total of $10.50 felt like a great deal, providing me with variety and effectiveness over several days without overspending. I recommend keeping an eye on the caffeine content and ingredients like paraxanthine or biotin based on personal energy goals. If you’re an energy drink enthusiast or just starting to explore, this haul offers a balanced mix of flavors, calorie counts, and energizing elements that can brighten your energy routine while supporting wellness.
