trying and ranking the new ARIH biotic drinks! 🥤⚡️

I’ve been seeing these drinks everywhere and finally decided to try them. Here is my honest review and ranking of these flavors!!

🏆 The Ranking:

1️⃣ Peach Mango Horizon Dual Biotic Soda (8/10) 🍑🥭 Price: $2.28 | Calories: 25 cals

- This one was so yummy! The peach flavor is definitely stronger than the mango, but it’s super refreshing. Would definitely buy again!

2️⃣ Red Ruby Galore Dual Biotic Soda (5/10) 🍓🍒

Price: $2.28 | Calories: 30 cals

- It was just okay. The aftertaste unfortunately reminded me of cough drops, so it’s a pass for me next time.

3️⃣ Tropical Wave Postbiotic Energy Drink (2/10) 🌊🍍Price: $2.28 | Calories: 10 cals

- Skip on this one. I really wasn’t a fan of the flavor at all, just gross in my opinion.

Have you guys tried these yet? Let me know your favorite flavor in the comments! 👇🏻✨

... Read moreIt seems like ARIH biotic drinks have been popping up everywhere lately, and like many of you, I was super curious to see what the hype was about. Beyond just a quick taste test, I wanted to dive a bit deeper into what these drinks are and how they actually fit into a wellness routine. First off, what exactly does "biotic" mean in this context? We often hear about probiotics, which are live bacteria good for your gut. ARIH offers "dual biotic sodas" which are designed to support gut health. They also have a "postbiotic energy drink." Postbiotics are the beneficial compounds produced when probiotic bacteria ferment, offering gut support without the live cultures, which can sometimes be more stable in certain products. For someone like me who's trying to be more mindful of gut health, the idea of a tasty drink that also offers these benefits is really appealing! It's a fun way to incorporate something positive into my day without feeling like I'm taking a supplement. My journey with these drinks wasn't just about finding a new favorite soda. I'm always looking for ways to boost my overall well-being, and a healthy gut is so crucial for everything from digestion to mood. I was excited to see if these could be a refreshing alternative to my usual sparkling water or occasional soda cravings. The fact that they are low in calories (25-30 cals for the sodas, 10 cals for the energy drink) is a huge bonus! Let's talk a bit more about the specific flavors and how I found them. The Peach Mango Horizon Dual Biotic Soda (the one in the blue can, if you've seen the pictures!) was definitely my top pick. It’s got a bright, fruity taste that's incredibly refreshing, especially when served super chilled. I found myself reaching for this one as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. It's a great choice if you're looking for something sweet but not overwhelmingly so. Then there's the Red Ruby Galore Dual Biotic Soda, often seen in a pink can. While it wasn't my favorite, I think it has potential for others. My initial thought was "cough drop," but after trying it again with a lot of ice, it was more palatable. Perhaps it's an acquired taste, or maybe it would be good as a mixer in a mocktail. It definitely has a unique berry blend that some might absolutely love. Don't write it off completely if you're adventurous with flavors! Finally, the Tropical Wave Postbiotic Energy Drink, which comes in a light blue can. This one was definitely a miss for me personally. The flavor was quite intense and not what I expected. However, taste is so subjective! If you enjoy very distinct, possibly tart tropical flavors and are looking for a low-calorie energy boost, it might be worth a try for you. It did offer a noticeable energy lift, which is a plus for an energy drink, so it delivers on that front. For anyone curious to try these ARIH drinks, here are a few tips from my experience: Chill them thoroughly: These drinks are definitely best when ice-cold. Start with the popular flavors: If you're new to biotic drinks, the Peach Mango Horizon is a safer bet to start with. Read the labels: Pay attention to whether it's a "dual biotic soda" or "postbiotic energy drink" to match your needs. Look around: I've found them at various mainstream grocery stores and health food sections, so keep an eye out! They are usually in the refrigerated beverage aisle. Overall, trying the ARIH biotic drinks has been an interesting experience. They offer a unique way to support gut health while enjoying a refreshing beverage. I encourage you to grab a few and do your own taste test! I'd love to hear your thoughts and what your favorite ARIH flavor is!
