ryl tea taste test! is it worth the hype? 🤔

I love finding new fun, low calorie drinks to try, so I had high hopes for these. Sadly, I wasn’t a huge fan.

The initial flavor profiles are actually pretty accurate! The green apple literally smells and tastes exactly like the candy, and the rocket pop hits you with that classic summer popsicle taste right away.

Unfortunately, every flavor had a really strong, lingering aftertaste that completely ruined it for me. Because of that, I honestly wouldn’t spend my money on them again.

Have you tried these? What did you think?

... Read moreTrying new low-calorie beverages can be a fun way to stay refreshed without the guilt, and Ryl Tea seemed promising with its creative Jolly Rancher-inspired flavors. From my experience, the standout flavor was definitely the Green Apple— it really captured the candy-like sweetness and aroma that felt nostalgic and inviting. The Rocket Pop flavor also brought back memories of summer popsicles with its initial burst of fruity taste. However, the strong and persistent aftertaste present in all the flavors was a major downside. It overshadowed the initial pleasant flavor and made me hesitant to have a second glass. This aftertaste could be linked to the natural flavoring ingredients or sweeteners used, which sometimes can linger longer than desirable in iced teas. In my opinion, while Ryl Tea offers innovative flavor profiles that definitely catch your attention, the overall drinking experience is marred by aftertastes which might not appeal to everyone. If you’re someone who enjoys trying unique, candy-inspired drinks and you don’t mind a slight lingering taste, it might be worth sampling these low-calorie options. But if you prefer clean, crisp iced teas without overwhelming aftertastes, you might want to look elsewhere. For people looking to discover enjoyable low-calorie drinks, I recommend comparing Ryl Tea to similar products like flavored sparkling waters or other iced teas that prioritize natural flavors without residual aftertastes. Also, checking customer reviews online can give additional insights into whether these taste profiles suit your palate. That said, if you do give Ryl Tea a try, pay close attention to how each flavor develops from the first sip to the finish, as your experience might differ depending on individual taste sensitivity.
