To prepare, I seasoned the ground beef with salt, pepper, and a hint of garlic powder before grilling in an airfryer, which made the patties juicy and tender without much hassle. Adding sliced jalapeños along with caramelized onions gave the burger a spicy and sweet contrast, enhancing its overall richness. I recommend lightly charring the jalapeños to bring out their smoky flavors. Using sharp cheddar cheese melted over the patty created the perfect creamy texture. What I loved most was that the airfryer made it easy to get that grilled flavor indoors, especially when the weather doesn’t cooperate for outdoor barbecuing. For even more depth, try adding avocado slices or a smear of chipotle mayo to balance the spice with creaminess. Pair it with a side of sweet potato fries or a fresh salad for a complete meal that’s both satisfying and exciting for your taste buds.
