PR I got this week (as someone with no followers)
Sneak peak of the brands I am working with this week😌✨🧘
Working with brands as a creator with no followers might sound impossible, but my personal journey proves otherwise. My approach centers on creating authentic user-generated content (UGC) that resonates deeply with brand values. For instance, brands like Cymbiotika, known for their liposomal glutathione and skin-gut health supplements, appreciate genuine testimonials showcasing real benefits. By highlighting products like Cymbiotika’s Advanced Skin Hydration Mix or SKIMS' best sellers in my videos, I offer relatable content that brands want to use in their marketing. Additionally, I've learned the importance of being proactive—reaching out to marketing teams and sharing past work samples often opens doors. For example, SKIMS’ marketing team reached out to me to use one of my videos in their email campaigns, which was a huge milestone. In my experience, packaging matters too; receiving free products like Good American apparel or the electrolyte drinks with collagen and hyaluronic acid has fueled my creativity and boosted content quality without needing a large following. Authentic experiences and honest reviews create value that brands recognize and reward. If you’re new to UGC or influencer marketing, consistency and a genuine voice are your best assets. Focus on what excites you—whether it’s wellness supplements like Cymbiotika’s gut+skin support formula or fashion brands like Skims and Good American. Remember, many brands prioritize content quality over follower count. Stay creative, engage with brands using relevant hashtags like #ugc and #howtogetpr, and be patient—results can come unexpectedly but can be rewarding, just as they did for me this week.
