Recently captured for Tora Japanese Cuisine by Chef Tiger — the Salmon Ikura Don. Fresh slices of salmon layered over rice, topped with vibrant ikura that adds both texture and flavour in every bite.

For this shoot, the focus was on highlighting the natural colors, freshness, and elegance of the dish while keeping the lighting dramatic and refined — letting the ingredients become the true star of the frame.
