Is it just me or has store brandmeals have a weird

I have noticed that store brand foods can sometimes have a peculiar flavor, but it’s not all of them. I personally enjoyed the pizza that was made from Walmarts deli. Loved it for years, and now, 2025 I tried it not once but twice already because I assumed that maybe I just bought a bad pizza. Turns out the flavor changed. There was a weird taste and even more so the after taste was worse. I felt sick to my stomach.
