Little wins keep us moving forward.
Daddy went to cheer Little Bae at her competition today. Though she didn’t win, but for the exposure and experience she did so much better than her first one. That’s already a win in our eyes. 😍🙏
I took urgent leave to accompany dad to the doctor. Glad I can be there when needed. Good news at the end of the day! 🙏😊
We ended the day with dinner at our favourite Korean place. Nothing like hearing the boiling soup bubbling away at the table to comfort the heart. And finally, wrapped up my night with my mentees Zoom meeting "Goals For September!" 💪🏻
That’s my Friday. TGIF. How about yours?
To all working parents, we juggle a lot each day. Don’t forget to count these little wins as they remind us why we keep going.

Balancing work, family, and personal goals as a parent can often feel overwhelming. But focusing on the small wins in our daily lives truly helps maintain our resilience and motivation. For instance, attending your child’s competition, even without securing a prize, offers priceless exposure and experience that contribute to their growth. Recognizing and celebrating these moments strengthens your bond and encourages ongoing effort. Taking time off work to support loved ones during medical appointments is another meaningful win. It not only shows care but also allows you to be present in crucial moments, leading to peace of mind and emotional strength. Ending the day with comforting rituals like sharing a warm meal at a favorite restaurant helps replenish energy and create joyful memories amidst the hustle. Engaging in goal-setting meetings, whether with mentees or peers, empowers you to stay focused and inspired. These interactions serve as reminders that progress is a journey, not just a destination. Remember, every little achievement—big or small—is a testament to your commitment and perseverance. To other working parents out there, keep embracing these wins, no matter how minor they seem. They are the fuel that drives us forward, nurturing both our personal and professional aspirations. Share your own small victories and let’s support each other in this rewarding yet challenging path of parenthood.
