What Keeps you working so hard?

We mums and dads work so hard every single day. But if you ask me, it’s never just about paying the bills. It’s about those little memories we get to create with our kids, the smiles, the hugs, the family moments that stay with us forever.

That’s what makes all the effort worth it. ❤️

From the start of my business till today, Little Bae has been with me through it all. Online calls, offline meetups with business partners, and even tagging along for play dates in between.

This journey is not just mine, it’s ours. At the end of the day, our hearts always go back to the same reason, our loved ones. We want to give them more than just things, we want to give them time and experiences.

I had keep going, even on the tough days. How about you, what keeps you working so hard?

... Read moreWorking hard is often seen in terms of financial necessity, but for many parents, it’s so much deeper. It’s about building memories and experiences that shape their children’s lives and create strong family bonds. The phrase "building memories while dreams building my" from the OCR reflects this beautiful intersection of our personal goals and family priorities. In today’s fast-paced world, maintaining a work-life balance can be challenging, especially for mums and dads who juggle multiple roles. The journey of entrepreneurship or working professionally often involves countless online meetings, offline collaborations, and the constant pressure to deliver. Having little ones by your side—as the author mentions about Little Bae tagging along during work moments—adds both joyful interruptions and motivation. Time flexibility is a key factor that helps parents push through tough days, enabling them to spend valuable moments with their loved ones. Prioritizing family first doesn’t mean compromising ambition; rather, it means aligning your work goals with your heartfelt desire to give your children more than material things. It’s about giving them quality time, love, and shared experiences. This approach encourages a mindset shift from just chasing financial gain to embracing meaningful work that supports family well-being and personal fulfillment. Whether it’s juggling playdates with business calls or making decisions that allow more time flexibility, parents find purpose in knowing their hard work directly contributes to their family’s happiness and future. Ultimately, what keeps us working so hard is the vision of a balanced life where our dreams and family memories grow hand in hand. Taking leaps of faith and changing our future are not just slogans—they are genuine steps toward creating the life we want for ourselves and our loved ones. This heartfelt perspective invites readers to reflect on their own reasons for working hard and to cherish those precious family moments that truly matter.

Working harder isn’t the problem.
