We Always Say No Time... But

Little Bae had 1 hour of worksheet and 1 hour of online class today, and I was just watching her focus and show up. It made me think, that we adults always say we don’t have time, but actually, even 1 or 2 hour can do so much.

Your 1 hour a day can change your future, don’t underestimate it. Just start with what you have, slowly, one step at a time.

Watching my child focus intensely during an hour-long online class made me realize that just one hour of dedicated time can really make a difference. Whether it's learning a new skill, working on a side project, or self-care, carving out even a small block of focused time each day adds up. One strategy that helped me was scheduling this hour when interruptions were minimal—early mornings or late evenings worked best for me. This mindset shift from 'no time' to 'how can I use my time better?' enabled me to gradually build habits that supported my personal and professional growth. It's also important to remember that progress is about consistency, not perfection. Little steps each day accumulate into big results. For example, spending an hour daily learning digital marketing helped me start my own digital business while balancing motherhood and work commitments. So, if you’re thinking you don’t have time, reconsider your daily routine and notice pockets of opportunity. Even an hour a day dedicated to something meaningful can be transformative. Start simple, be consistent, and watch how these small changes empower your journey toward success.
