Taylor Falls Family Trip
Taylor Falls is a great family getaway located on the border of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Day 1- We visited the Interstate State Park. We checked out the glacial potholes and hiked a few trails.#minnesotastatepark #interstatepark #hiking
Day 2-We went to Wilke Glen and Cascade Falls in Osceola Wisconsin. The town was cute with great restaurants. It is a secret gem. This is probably my favorite waterfall. You can walk up to it,stand in it, and go behind it. It was very rejuvenated. I may have splashed around like a little kid.#wilkglen #wisconsin #waterfalls
Day 3- We spent the entire day at the Franconia Sculpture Park. This is a free interactive sculpture park. It is a must stop for art lovers. It also has enough engaging sculptures to keep young kids interested. Great family stop and good for photo opportunities. #sculpture #outdooractivities
Day 4- Our family took the River boat cruise. It was very relaxing. We sat up top of the big paddle wheel boat. The tour takes you down the St. Croix River. The guides point out lots of rock formations and teach you the history of the area. #riverboat
Taylor falls has a great downtown area that has small shops and a drive inn restaurant.
