Estes Park and Rocky Mountains

We stayed at the Timber Creek Chalets located 2 miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park. These chalets are in the mountains of Estes park. One of my favorite things to do was soaking in the hot tub during a snow fall. It is so peaceful that far up in the mountains.Timber Creek Chalets

I would highly recommend touring the Stanley Hotel. This is the inspiration for the Movie, The Shining. The tour was amazing and our guide was phenomenal. Stanley Hotel

We also spent a whole day shopping and exploring the town of Estes Park. They had great shops and we walked the lake and ate at The Egg. The food was excellent. The Egg of Estes

We visited the chapel on the rock church located in the mountains. It is a beautiful stone church. This was on are drive to long peak view. Saint Catherine's Chapel on the Rock

We spent a day hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. We seen tons of wildlife. There were elk everywhere, coyotes, deer, to many bird species to name. It was a great hiking experience.
