I needed a break from fantasy because I felt so burnt out on it, and decided to pick this one up and I am so glad yet also so upset that I did.
This book destroyed me. Broke my heart. Yanked it out of my chest and stomped on it repeatedly.
If you like a book with a happy ending, this is NOT the book for you. It will absolutely ruin you multiple times and even more so at the end.
It’s so good, but…. It’s a lot.
