Nobody else I’d rather grow old with. šŸ’•

Every time I look at my husband, I’m blown away by how handsome he is. I just found this picture and I swear it took my breath away. This man is single-handedly the most amazing, handsome, funny, loving, gentle, butthole (🤣) human being in the world. My best friend. My confidante. My everything.

I’m not quite sure I deserve him most days, to be honest. But it’s been almost 9 years since this man sat me down, gave me a long speech about how he felt and then asked me to be his girlfriend.

This amazing human has given me everything. 5 children (counting our sweet Lucy girl in heaven.), almost 3 years of marriage, stability, love and support beyond what anyone has ever given me.

I’m lucky to call him mine.

... Read moreLooking back on my journey with my husband, I realize how the little moments have truly defined our relationship. It’s not just about how handsome or funny he is—though those qualities certainly brighten my days—it’s about the unwavering support and love he provides. Through every challenge and joy, our connection has only grown stronger. Having five children together, including our precious Lucy girl in heaven, has taught us resilience and deepened our shared commitment. Parenthood brings its own set of trials, but it also offers unparalleled rewards. I’ve learned that growing old with someone means embracing their flaws with kindness, laughing at life’s absurdities, and being each other's cornerstone during uncertainty. Every year adds new memories and strengthens the foundation of trust and friendship. Nearly three years of marriage with almost nine years of partnership have been a lesson in patience, forgiveness, and mutual respect. I’ve come to appreciate that a loving relationship is built on daily acts of kindness, open communication, and the willingness to grow together. If there’s one piece of advice I’d share from my experience, it’s to cherish your partner as your best friend and confidante. Celebrate not just milestones but the everyday moments—those spontaneous laughs, shared glances, and quiet affirmations that say, "I’m here for you." In my journey, I’ve realized nobody else I’d rather grow old with. That unique bond of love, humor, and support is priceless and worth nurturing every day.
