Its hard honestly especially because my sephora isnt free standing they rely alot on credit card sign ups and rewards which i personally struggle with, my whole team thinks its because of the way i look and im not inviting looking or approachable whoch sucks because i try so hard ti be so sweet to people because i love helping especially when it comes to makeup and things i know im good at.
I get alot of side eyes and ive seen teenagers take pictures of me without asking which is cool 🤩 but other than that the job itself is super fun i love discovering new products and seeing whats coming out soon, setting up the new displays its nice.
