🎮How Cozy Gaming Changed My Life🎮

Starting cozy gaming as a hobby in my late 20’s completely changed my life. Here’s how:

Mental health improvement: After finishing grad school, I had no idea what to do with my free time. I found myself ruminating and engaging in unhealthy habits. When I started cozy gaming, I felt like I had hobbies that excited me and would occupy my time in a healthy way. This led to a huge improvement in my mental health. I also finally felt passionate about something that wasn’t work or school, leading to improved mood and happiness.

MORAL OF THE STORY: You should try cozy gaming, because what do you have to lose? Maybe you love it and you found your new hobby? I often hear people feel “too old” to get started. There is NO such thing as too old. There are many cozy gaming creators in their 30’s and 40’s. Cozy gaming is so diverse, fun, aesthetic and easily accessible (for most). I recommend starting with the Nintendo switch.
