Hair Update ✨💇🏻‍♀️📍

Since my last previous post about my hair lost, I decided to purchase these and just go with it. I must say even though I’m still quite loosing an amount of hair it’s not as bad as before and my baby hairs are finally growing!

• Mary Ruth + Hair growth liquid vitamin ✨ Thisssss works! I have read about this before but I was a little optimistic about it. But I can say it works.

• Minoxidil in Foam ✨ I was taking minoxidil in tablet form but i was experience a side effect, my body would be extremen itchy so I stopped it and decided to try it in foam to be applied directly to my scalp and I feel like it’s been helping, I know there are some perks when it comes to minoxidil “Once you stop busing it, it stops working”, but I won’t be using this for ever, I’ll use it as much as I needed.

To be continued….

... Read moreHair loss can be a distressing issue affecting many individuals, particularly women. Alongside the products mentioned in my article, it's essential to explore a comprehensive approach to hair health. Nutritional deficiencies can play a significant role in hair loss, so incorporating vitamins and minerals through a balanced diet or supplements can be beneficial. Biotin, zinc, and iron are often highlighted for their roles in promoting healthy hair growth. It's also important to avoid harsh hair treatments and embrace gentle care practices. Reducing heat styling, using sulfate-free shampoos, and incorporating nourishing oils like castor or coconut can help improve hair texture and strength. Consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized advice tailored to specific hair concerns. Stay consistent with your chosen treatments, and remember that regrowth takes time, but positive changes can occur with perseverance and the right approach.

I can 💯 x 💯 recommend Viviscal tablets, the new Pantene drops, of course Mary Ruth’s and increase your protein intake. ✅

Have you had blood work to see what deficiencies you may have?
