I’m Drinking A MINIMUM of 8 Cups of Water Today

Ready to improve your life by 1% today?

I’m embarking on a full challenge to fuel a sense of accomplishment and inspire new healthier habits for the #GloGetter community with the #1PercentBetterChallenge . You can read more about it in my original post titled, "#1PercentBetterChallenge " and use the hashtag to track each day’s post.

Today I am improving my life by 1% by drinking a MINIMUM of 8 cups of water (approx 64 oz.). Ideally, this is how much water I should be consuming on a daily basis (probably more) but with lifing the way that it lifes…. Sometimes we don’t get to do what we need to do.

So today, I’m committed to ensuring I get at least 64 oz. of water in my system and I invite you to join me! Especially if drinking water regularly tends to be more challenging for you.
