- 1 cup frozen corn kernels + ½ cup frozen green peas

- 14 oz canned tomatoes (any brand, see photo)

- 6 cups beef broth (see photo, 1.5 bottles of this size)

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions 🚀

1. Toss beef cubes with a little salt and black pepper.

2. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, sear beef for 4 minutes until browned. Set aside.

3. In the same pot, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add beef back in and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

4. Pour in canned tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low for 45 minutes until beef is tender (easily pierced with a chopstick).

5. Add diced carrots, celery, and any other veggies you like! Boil for 15 minutes.

6. Stir in frozen corn and peas, cook for 10 more minutes.
