Healthier version of a burger
Burger bowl…..I made my own sriracha mayo dressing using mayonnaise, sriracha, onion powder and ketchup.
Ingredients in my bowl is ground Hamburg with added Worcestershire sauce about 1 tbsp and two tbsp of beef broth as well as seasoned the meat with garlic and onion powder.
Once cooked I added a bed of romaine lettuce topped with beef, shredded sharp cheese, dill pickles, sweet and hot peppers, avocado, white onion diced and tomatoes diced. Topped with my home made dressing! And added sweet potato fries(I use Alexia brand)

Creating a healthy burger bowl is an excellent way to enjoy your favorite flavors without the added calories of a traditional burger. This recipe includes ground beef seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onion powder for enhanced flavor. The base of fresh romaine lettuce adds crunch and nutrients, making it a refreshing option. To customize the dish, feel free to add your preferred toppings—diced tomatoes, diced onions, dill pickles, and sweet or hot peppers bring both taste and texture. For a creamy finish, the homemade sriracha mayo dressing, made from mayonnaise, sriracha, onion powder, and a hint of ketchup, ties the dish together beautifully. This dressing adds a spicy kick while still being healthier than conventional burger sauces. Sweet potato fries complement the meal and provide a satisfying crunch. Opting for a quality brand, such as Alexia, guarantees delicious results. Feel free to adjust the ingredients to fit your dietary needs, whether it be going vegetarian or gluten-free. The beauty of a burger bowl is its flexibility and ease of preparation. Enjoy this dish any day of the week, making meal prep a breeze while treating your taste buds to a delightful and nutritious meal.
