I remind myself daily that improving means fighting against my 'old self'—even on the days I don’t feel like getting up. This mindset keeps me accountable and pushes me to get back on track quickly. I also adopted the philosophy of ‘eat cleaner, not less’ which has improved my energy and overall wellness. By prioritizing nutrient-dense foods, I no longer feel deprived but nourished. Consistency is about showing up every day and letting those small actions compound over time. Whether it’s preparing meals, exercising, or self-reflection, committing to consistency reshaped my confidence and health.
