梅田で「パスタ 大阪」「大阪 パスタ専門店」で探している人に向けて、私が実際に使いやすかったポイントをもう少し補足します。壁の穴 HEPナビオ店は、買い物や映画のついでに寄りやすい立地なのに、店内が落ち着いていて“穴場感”があるのが良かったです。土日でも比較的入りやすいので、行列が苦手な人のデート飯にも向いてます。 私が「ここ選びやすいな」と感じたのは、メニューが写真付きでイメージしやすいところ。初見のパスタ専門店って当たり外れが不安になりがちですが、壁の穴は和風パスタの系統が強くて、明太子や醤油ベースなど“日本人が好きな味”が多い印象でした。OCRにもあった「やみつき明太子」系は特におすすめで、迷ったら明太子×海苔×バターみたいな王道から入ると満足度が高いと思います。 あと、地味に助かったのが提供が早めなこと。デートって次の予定（映画の時間、予約、終電）もあるので、料理が出るまでが長いと焦るんですよね。ここはテンポよく出てきて、食後のカフェや買い物にも時間を回しやすかったです。 「五右衛門 ポルタ」と比較される方も多いですが、ざっくり言うと、五右衛門は“安定の定番”、壁の穴は“和風スパゲッティの元祖っぽさと専門店感”を楽しむ感じ。どっちが上というより、気分で使い分けるのが良さそうです。 最後に、レビューとして注意点も。Wi‑Fiや充電はないので、長居して作業するカフェ利用というよりは「ごはんをしっかり楽しむ」向き。アクセスは阪急「大阪梅田駅」から歩けて、ナビオ駐車場もありますが、混雑を避けたいなら電車が無難でした。 梅田で“絶品イタリアン寄りの和風パスタ”をサクッと楽しみたい日、壁の穴はかなり使える選択肢でした。次は濃厚なカルボナーラ系も試してみたいです。
