「御堂筋の歩行者天国はいつ？」って気になって調べたので、行く前に押さえておくと安心なポイントをまとめます。結論から言うと、歩行者天国は【11/3(祝)限定】。この日だけ“まさかの歩行者天国”が実施されるので、デートやお散歩目的の人はここを狙うのがいちばん分かりやすいです。 ■歩行者天国はいつ・何時から？ 私がチェックした情報だと、交通規制は【11:30頃〜19:15頃】。そのうち夜は【17:00〜19:00】に開宴式＆点灯があって、式典終了後〜【19:00まで】御堂筋が歩行者に開放されます。つまり「確実に歩いて楽しみたい」なら、17時前には現地に着いておくとスムーズでした（混む前提で動くのが◎）。 ■どの区間が歩ける？ 夜の歩行者開放は【淀屋橋〜船場中央3】の区間。昼は「オータムパーティー」のコンテンツ（14:00–16:00）やブース（12:00–16:00）も同じ区間で実施予定なので、昼から行って“イベント→点灯→歩行者天国”の流れにすると満足度が高いです。 ■イルミネーションはいつまで？無料？ イルミネーション自体は【4/9〜12/31】で、料金は【無料】。しかも全長約4kmの光が続くので、写真を撮りながら歩いていると体感はあっという間です。本格シーズンは【11/3以降】で、11〜12月は【17:00頃〜25:00】点灯しているのも嬉しいところ。仕事終わりでも間に合います。 ■当日の回り方（私ならこうする） ・16:30頃：淀屋橋側で待ち合わせ→カフェで軽く休憩 ・17:00：点灯の雰囲気を見つつ、混む前に歩き始める ・18:00：光のゾーン演出を見ながらゆっくり難波方面へ…ではなく、この日は開放区間が限られるので“区間内を往復”するのもアリ ・19:00：歩行者開放終了を目安に、夜ごはんへ移動 ■注意点 当日は交通規制が入るので、車移動は避けるのが無難。人も多いので、歩きやすい靴で行くと安心です。 「無料のイルミネーション」をちゃんと満喫したいなら、11/3は特に“歩ける日”なので狙い目。行く時間と区間だけ先に押さえておくと、当日バタつかずに楽しめます。
