farcry 6
Okay, so let's talk about the real star of Far Cry 6: Chorizo! When I first encountered him, I honestly thought to myself, 'what the hell is going on with this pig?' because he looked so unique with his little wheelchair! But nope, he's actually the most adorable, albeit disabled, dachshund you'll ever meet in a video game, and he quickly became my absolute favorite Amigo in Yara. His story is pretty heartwarming (and heartbreaking) – he's a little wiener dog with a disability, cared for by a woman named Philly Barzaga. To recruit him, you'll need to complete a couple of side quests. First up is 'Meet the Legend' which introduces you to Philly herself. After that, you'll get 'Fetch Quest,' where you basically have to gather some wild meat for Chorizo. Trust me, it's worth it! Once you complete it, Chorizo joins your team as an Amigo, and your adventures instantly get ten times cuter. What makes Chorizo so special isn't just his undeniable charm; it's his unique abilities. His main perk is 'Attention-Seeker,' which lets him distract enemies, pulling their focus away from you. This is incredibly useful for stealth approaches or when you need a quick getaway. He'll bark and make a ruckus, giving you precious seconds to reposition or take down targets undetected. It's hilarious to watch enemies get confused by this little dog in a wheelchair while you sneak past them! But wait, there's more! His secondary ability, 'Yes, You Can,' is a game-changer for resource gathering. After distracting enemies, Chorizo will then dig up hidden resources and crafting materials from the ground. I've found so much valuable loot thanks to him – gunpowder, scrap, even Supremo-bond! He's like a furry, four-legged metal detector, and I constantly send him out to sniff around. It really saves a lot of time searching manually. Playing with Chorizo by my side completely changed my Far Cry 6 experience. He adds so much personality to the game world. I remember one time I was trying to clear out an FND base, and I sent Chorizo in first. He started barking at a guard, who spent a good 30 seconds trying to figure out what was going on, allowing me to flank them easily. It's little moments like these that make him irreplaceable. Plus, his little wheelchair zoomies are just the best. If you haven't brought Chorizo into your game yet, you're seriously missing out on one of the most delightful and surprisingly effective companions in Far Cry 6. He's not just a cute face; he's a tactical asset and a loyal friend!
