1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

½ tsp cayenne (optional heat)

1 tsp lemon pepper

1 tbsp brown sugar (for balance + caramelization)

👉 Mix well and coat wings evenly with a little oil first

🍋 MARINADE (Mediterranean Flavor Layer)

½ cup olive oil

Juice of 2 lemons

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp smoked paprika

👉 Marinate wings at least 2 hours (overnight = best)

🥣 SIGNATURE CREAMY MEDITERRANEAN SAUCE
