✈️ head to the airport early as the immigration queue is very long

2025/8/23 Edited to

... Read moreDuring my 4-day trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I learned a few practical tips that made the experience smoother and more enjoyable. Firstly, traffic can be busy, so using Grab rides saved plenty of time compared to walking or buses. Booking Grab right on arrival helped me reach the hotel quickly with luggage stored safely. If you love authentic Vietnamese food, don’t miss the iconic Bun Cha and the Michelin-listed Bep Me In restaurant mentioned in the itinerary. Also, trying local cafes like Mille Mille and Little Hanoi Coffee gave me a fresh take on traditional and modern flavors. For shopping, District 3 proved to be a hidden gem with trendy clothing stores and boutiques like Kido and Bunnyhill Concept, where I found unique souvenirs. Lotte Mart was perfect for stocking up on snacks and local drinks to take home. A bonus tip: The rooftop bars like Blank Lounge and Social Club offer amazing city views that are perfect for evening relaxation with a cocktail. Finally, be sure to allow extra time for airport immigration queues when departing, as they can be surprisingly long. Overall, Ho Chi Minh City’s mix of culinary delights, cultural spots, and vibrant nightlife made this an unforgettable 4-day adventure.

Ho Chi Minh is the new Bangkok ✨
Whatever you do in #bkk you can now do it in #vietnam HCM too! Massage ✅ Shopping ✅ Nails ✅ Spa ✅ Cafe ✅ Bars ✅ Cheap cheap good good ✅ The only downside I would say is that they do not have much late night activities. Most massage places closes at 11PM as compared to BKK at 2am.
