Vent in the comments! I’ll go first!
Honestly, this year, I just wanna get tf out of my own way! I’m tired of telling myself “I’ll do this, I’ll do that” like I wanna be able to just DO IT!
We often spend so much time future planning that we forget that the most important thing is what we do today!
Getting closer to God! More trips! More meaningful relationships! New experiences! Less stress, building my business and a healthier lifestyle!
IM STEPPING OUT Of MY OWN WAY THIS YEAR!!!! WBU???
Okay, so like many of you, I totally get that feeling of being stuck in a rut, even when your heart is screaming for change. My original post was all about getting out of my own way, and honestly, that's one of the biggest things to vent about when you're looking to make a serious change in 2025. It's not always about big external obstacles; sometimes, it's our own habits, fears, and internal chatter that hold us back. I've realized that a lot of what I want to vent about stems from a few common themes. Maybe you can relate: 1. The Procrastination Trap: "I'll do it tomorrow!" How many times have I said that? Whether it's starting a new workout routine, finally launching that side hustle, or even just decluttering, putting things off is a huge source of frustration. It’s like I have all these amazing ideas and intentions, but the ‘doing’ part feels like climbing Mount Everest. It's exhausting to constantly feel like you're behind schedule on your own dreams. 2. The Fear of Failure (or Success!): This one is sneaky. Sometimes I'm terrified of putting myself out there because what if it doesn't work? What if people judge me? But then, what if it does work? What if success brings new pressures I'm not ready for? This fear can paralyze me, making me stay exactly where I am, even if it's uncomfortable. It’s a classic thing to vent about when you’re trying to step outside your comfort zone. 3. Overwhelm from "All The Things": My list of "wanna do's" for 2025 is long: spiritual growth, travel, healthier eating, building my business, better relationships. It's fantastic to have goals, but sometimes the sheer volume of them makes me shut down. Where do I even start? It feels like I need a whole extra day in the week just to plan how to tackle everything. This stress often leads right back to procrastination! 4. The Comparison Game: Scrolling through social media, it's easy to see everyone else seemingly crushing their goals and living their best lives. It makes me question my own progress and efforts. "Am I doing enough? Why isn't my business growing as fast as theirs?" It's a toxic cycle that steals joy and energy, and it's definitely something I want to vent about and then actively try to change. 5. Stagnant Routines & Unhealthy Habits: Breaking old habits is incredibly tough. I want to eat healthier, but that late-night snack craving is so strong. I want to be more active, but after a long day, the couch just calls my name. It feels like a constant battle against myself, and sometimes I just want to throw my hands up. But then I remember how good I feel when I do make those healthier choices, and the cycle of aspiration begins again. So, for anyone out there feeling these same frustrations, remember you're not alone. We all have these internal battles, these things to vent about that are often the biggest hurdles to achieving the change in 2025 we crave. Sharing these thoughts, acknowledging them, and then gently pushing past them is the first step. Let's keep this conversation going in the comments – what are your biggest internal struggles right now?

The way I feel about my future.
