Netflix filmed chef’s fine dining in SG🇸🇬

My friend invited me for the chef han’s Restaurant Labyrinth 💖

And the food was amazing 🤩

I tried local food my past 7-8years living in Singapore but here was the best local food I’ve tried.

And if you have any foreigners friends visiting Singapore or parents who love local food and on special occasion this is the best place to bring them!

I myself as a picky eater, here food was all good.

And they don’t have any coriander yet you can taste all the famous local dishes at here 😍

He is also good friend with Korean chef Choi and I heard they are doing collaboration in Korea as well

Their sparkling tea is nice too ☺️

And as locals dishes kind of homemade style, after having it also I felt the food itself is with healthy & good ingredients ❤️

The restaurant's clean and luxurious interior immediately sets a refined tone while maintaining warmth and approachability. As a longtime resident of Singapore, I appreciated how each dish presented a deep history of local cuisine, beautifully crafted with modern finesse. What stood out was the absence of coriander, a favorite herb often polarizing diners, yet all the iconic Singaporean flavors were intact and expertly layered. The meal began with a refreshing sparkling tea, setting a light and elegant pace for the courses that followed. Each dish came out in a carefully curated sequence, allowing diners to explore a full spectrum of local tastes—from savory to sweet—in a balanced way. I was particularly impressed by the healthful ingredients, which felt homemade, fresh, and nourishing, enhancing the fine dining experience without compromising authenticity. Additionally, the collaboration between Chef Han and Korean Chef Choi hinted at exciting fusion possibilities, which promises to bring new flavors to both Singaporean and Korean food lovers. Ending the meal with a truffle dessert accompanied by traditional kaya toast and milo was a perfect nod to both nostalgia and luxury. For anyone in Singapore looking to impress visiting friends or family, especially those interested in local food culture, Restaurant Labyrinth represents an exceptional choice. It’s a unique blend of comfort, culture, and culinary excellence that showcases why local ingredients and stories deserve a fine dining spotlight. My picky palate was completely satisfied, and I left feeling inspired and delighted by Singapore’s rich food heritage reimagined at its best.
