Think about using Technic pins, axles, and beam elements to mimic the skeletal joints. Smaller grille and plate pieces in metallic silver or grey can give that industrial, exposed wiring look. It’s all about layering and creating depth to make it look authentically mechanical. Building an endo first can even be a fantastic base for more detailed animatronics, allowing you to swap out outer shell pieces.
