🇸🇬UNIQUE SG60 COFFEE & MATCHA 😋🤩
I’ve been a fan of Cupo Coffee for awhile now & I got to try their new SG60 menu for August! Here’s my review ⬇️
⚪️ White Rabbit Macchiato 🐇
- Milky, sweet and creamy mouthfeel thanks to the generous foam on top
- The white rabbit flavour is PROMINENT and I’m all here for it
- Pairs very well with coffee, it’s decadent, sinful but soooo worth every sip
🥥 Coconut Matcha 🍵
- It’s a different take that steers away from milky matcha lattes
- Light, refreshing while still holding that umami from the matcha
- Very smooth mouthfeel each sip it’s VERY nice
💋 Red Velvet Latte ☕️
- THE COLOUR, really representative of SG60
- I’d opt for sweeter for the Red Velvet flavour to shine more
- Not a bad cup, everything is still perfectly balanced
There’s also a MILO MOCHA that I need to try the next time I’m back (which is VERY SOON)

Having visited Cupo Coffee multiple times, I can say their creative approach to classic Singaporean flavors shines in this SG60 menu. The White Rabbit Macchiato perfectly captures the nostalgic sweetness of the beloved candy with a dense, milky foam that enriches every sip. It’s definitely a decadent treat for those who enjoy a creamy texture. The Coconut Matcha is a standout for me. Unlike typical milky matcha lattes, this one uses a base of coconut water combined with whipped coconut milk, giving it a light and refreshing palate that still delivers the deep umami flavors of matcha. It’s an excellent choice if you want a smooth, less heavy drink that feels revitalizing. The Red Velvet Latte’s striking color is a tribute to Singapore’s SG60 celebrations, though I personally found it would benefit from a bit more sweetness to enhance the red velvet flavor further. Still, its perfectly balanced taste keeps it enjoyable. I’m also curious to try the MILO MOCHA next visit since it promises to be another unique fusion. Located near ABC Market at Jalan Bukit Merah, Cupo Coffee is a great spot to experience creative local blends. If you’re into coffee spots with a nostalgic twist or love trying new matcha drinks, the SG60 menu delivers something special worth exploring.
