Making my bed every single morning, even if it’s just quickly pulling up the covers. It takes less than two minutes but completely changes the feel of the room. Seeing a made bed is a huge psychological win and sets a positive tone for the day. Finally, ensuring I had clear floor space was key. This meant having a designated spot for everything – dirty clothes went straight into the laundry basket (which now has a lid!), and shoes were put away immediately.
