I’ve recently developed a night routine that really helps me relax and recharge after a busy day. One key part of it is curating the perfect playlist, and Kali Uchis’ songs are often my go-to. Tracks like "Get You" and "Is It a Crime" create a smooth, laid-back vibe that helps me transition into a calm state of mind. Along with her music, I've added some white noise and deep sleep playlists like "Ruido blanco" and "Música para Dormir Profundamente" that promote deeper rest. Combining these sounds with simple habits—like dimming the lights and taking a few moments alone—improves my bedtime experience. Using Apple Music, I explore “Top canciones” and "Agregan" playlists which feature a mix of relaxing tunes from various artists. This mix keeps my night routine fresh while still maintaining a tranquil atmosphere. Overall, blending my favorite music with mindful practices makes my night routine something I look forward to every evening. It’s a small ritual that turns the end of my day into a peaceful and restorative time.
