Oven Fried Feta Rolls with Chili Honey

Ingredients:

8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup spinach, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 package phyllo dough (about 20 sheets)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Next, lay out one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it lightly with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush it again with butter. Cut the layered phyllo into rectangles, about 4 inches wide.
