My weight loss journey might not be exactly where I want it yet, but I’ve already gained so much more — energy, self-esteem, better sleep, and a renewed sense of joy.

There was a time I thought my chance to feel strong and healthy again had passed. But God had other plans! 🙌 Through His strength and grace, I’m down over 40 pounds and filled with excitement for what’s ahead.

Instead of feeling defeated about my weight, I’m filled with hope — making plans for the adventures and blessings I’ll be able to enjoy with this new, healthy body God is helping me build. 💪💖
