The book is about forensic science, about the use of medicine to help solve legal problems and the proof of facts about lawsuits, about autopsy of unnatural deaths, and the book is also about forensic science, which is about proof of evidence to help solve legal problems.
The content is very good, very interesting to me. The content is academic, but it is written out for ordinary people to read easily, understandable in one round. There may be some secret headaches in the law, but overall it is fun to read, open up the autopsy world, and prove superficial evidence even more thoroughly.
The composition is very good. The opening of the first chapter will be about the meaning of forensics and forensics that have not yet gone into much detail, because it will be in the next chapter. Each chapter is called a question, making the reader want to find the answer. It is not strange, because science is to find the answer, the cause and effect of the doubt.
From chapters 2-7, it is about the forensic process of what the doctor must find answers, such as who died? Where died? When died? etc. Chapter 8 is about forensic science, focusing on witness material. Chapter 9 is about assault, and Chapter 10 is an example. All equally interesting. There may be some confusion about the law in Chapter 9.
The special chapter is the chapter of Doctor Mew, a forensic doctor who will come to tell you the experiences of this profession, not very detailed, but a lot of knowledge, a very relaxed chapter, and after seeing the tight content, the doctor has a lot of fun.
Overall, very easy to read, easy to understand, easy to read, fun, not boring. ถ้าคุณกำลังหาหนังสือนิติเวชศาสตร์ที่อ่านได้จริงแบบไม่ต้องมีพื้นฐานแพทย์มาก่อน “คู่มือนิติเวชศาสตร์ ฉบับพกพา” เป็นเล่มที่ผมรู้สึกว่าเริ่มต้นได้ดี เพราะเขาไม่ได้โยนศัพท์ยากใส่ตั้งแต่หน้าแรก แต่ค่อย ๆ ปูให้เห็นภาพว่า “นิติเวชศาสตร์” คือการใช้ความรู้แพทย์เพื่อช่วยคลี่คลายข้อเท็จจริงในคดี โดยเฉพาะการตายผิดธรรมชาติ และยังพาไปรู้จัก “นิติวิทยาศาสตร์” ที่เน้นการพิสูจน์หลักฐาน/วัตถุพยานอีกด้วย สิ่งที่ผมชอบคือโครงสร้างที่ตั้งหัวข้อเป็นคำถาม ทำให้เราอ่านเหมือนกำลังสืบสวนไปพร้อมกับหมอนิติเวช เช่น ผู้ตายคือใคร ตายที่ไหน ตายเมื่อไหร่ สาเหตุการตายคืออะไร และพฤติการณ์ที่ตายคืออะไร พออ่านแล้วจะรู้เลยว่ากว่าจะแปะคำว่า “อุบัติเหตุ/ฆาตกรรม/ฆ่าตัวตาย” มันไม่ได้มาจากความรู้สึก แต่ต้องประกอบจากข้อมูลหลายด้าน ทั้งสภาพแวดล้อม แผล การตรวจร่างกาย และหลักฐานรอบตัว สำหรับคนที่ดูซีรีส์นิติเวชหรืออ่านนิยายสืบสวนอยู่แล้ว เล่มนี้ช่วยเติมช่องว่างได้ดีมาก เพราะในหนัง/ซีรีส์มักเล่าแบบข้ามขั้นตอน แต่หนังสือจะทำให้เราเข้าใจ “กระบวนการคิด” มากขึ้นว่าแพทย์ต้องตอบคำถามอะไรบ้าง และทำไมบางครั้งถึงสรุปไม่ได้ทันที ผมรู้สึกว่าพอมีพื้นฐานแบบนี้ เวลาดูคดีหรืออ่านนิยายจะสนุกขึ้น เพราะเราจะจับจุดได้ว่าหลักฐานไหนสำคัญ และอะไรที่เป็นแค่การเดา อีกมุมที่อยากเสริมสำหรับคนกำลังตัดสินใจซื้อ: เล่มนี้เป็น “สมุดคู่มือ” ที่หยิบอ่านเป็นตอน ๆ ได้ ไม่จำเป็นต้องอ่านรวดเดียวจบ ถ้าวันไหนอยากอ่านเบา ๆ ก็เลือกบทที่สนใจ เช่น บทที่พูดถึงวัตถุพยาน (ฝั่งนิติวิทยาศาสตร์) หรือบทตัวอย่างท้าย ๆ ที่ช่วยทำให้ภาพรวมชัดขึ้น ส่วนบทที่เกี่ยวกับข้อกฎหมาย อาจมีจุดที่ทำให้รู้สึกแน่น ๆ บ้าง ผมใช้วิธีอ่านช้า ๆ แล้วจดคำที่ไม่คุ้นไว้ พอกลับมาอ่านซ้ำอีกรอบจะลื่นขึ้นมาก ท้ายที่สุด ถ้าคุณอยากได้หนังสือนิติเวชที่ “วิชาการแบบจัดเต็มแต่ภาษาอ่านง่าย” และให้ความรู้ที่เอาไปใช้ต่อได้จริง (อย่างน้อยก็ใช้ทำความเข้าใจข่าวคดีหรือเพิ่มอรรถรสเวลาอ่านสืบสวน) เล่มนี้ถือว่าคุ้ม และตอนพิเศษที่เล่าประสบการณ์หมอนิติเวชก็เป็นช่วงที่ผ่อนคลาย ทำให้ภาพอาชีพนี้เป็นมนุษย์มากขึ้น ไม่ได้มีแค่ความตึงเครียดอย่างเดียว
