Hair feels so clean!

I love native products and I usually don’t consistently purchase everything because i wont lie, it is expensive haha. I tried the almond and shea butter shampoo and it makes my hair feel sooo clean! I havent washed my hair in a few days and it was feeling gross, normally it takes like 3 rounds of shampooing when my hair gets nasty but i was impressed with the first round! I have super thick hair so cleaning it is a pain but my hair feels so sleek. I love it omg #Lemon8Diary #lemon8diarychallenge #haircare

... Read moreIt's amazing how a good shampoo can transform your hair day! After trying the Native Almond & Shea Butter Strengthening Shampoo, I totally get why it's a favorite for so many. You know that feeling when your hair just feels heavy and *gross*? Especially with thick hair like mine, it often takes multiple washes to really feel clean. But this shampoo? It truly impressed me after just one round! One of the big reasons I think it works so well is its thoughtful formulation. The bottle clearly states it’s silicone, sulfate, and paraben-free, and crafted with 10 ingredients or less. This is a game-changer for anyone looking to avoid harsh chemicals that can strip your hair or leave buildup. Sulfates, for example, are often responsible for that super foamy lather, but they can also be drying. Without them, you might notice a slightly different lather, but the cleaning power is definitely still there, just gentler. The Almond & Shea Butter blend isn't just for a lovely scent; these ingredients are known for their nourishing and strengthening properties, which is fantastic for keeping thicker hair healthy and more manageable. For those of us with super thick hair, getting a thorough clean can be a real struggle. My trick? I like to really saturate my hair with water first. Then, I dispense a good amount of the Native shampoo (it comes in a generous 16.5 FL OZ bottle, so you feel like you're getting a good amount for your investment) and work it into my scalp first, really massaging to lift dirt and oil. Don't be afraid to add a little more water to help distribute the product and create a gentle lather. I focus on the roots, letting the suds run down the length of my hair as I rinse. This usually means I don't need to scrub the ends as much, which helps prevent dryness. While Native products can feel a bit pricey compared to some drugstore brands, I honestly feel it's an investment in your hair's health. When a shampoo performs so well that it cuts down your wash time (no more 3 rounds of shampooing!) and leaves your hair feeling sleek and genuinely clean, it's worth it. Plus, knowing it's free from common irritants gives me peace of mind. If you're on the fence about trying a cleaner, more effective shampoo for thick, unruly hair or just want a really good deep clean without the harshness, I highly recommend giving Native Almond & Shea Butter a try. It might just become your new hair care staple!
