Jagua Gel!
Hi girls so I recently ordered jagua gel through TikTok shop and it just came in. I’m having some fun with it and in the slides I show where I use tape to cover the gel when it’s dry just so it stains for longer and I also added a picture of the pens I used to schedule my designs. I feel like it’s pretty hard to do Line work with Draco just because I feel like my hands keep on shaking and it messes up my lines. I’m having a lot of fun with it though.
Jagua Gel is a natural product prized for its unique ability to create intricate temporary body art. Made from the fruit of the Genipa tree, this gel offers a beautiful dark blue-black stain on the skin, ideal for designs resembling henna tattoos. If you're new to Jagua Gel, you might find that practice enhances your technique. One common tip is to use tape to outline your designs, allowing for clean lines and a more polished look. Additionally, consider the right tools; using specific pens for scheduling your designs can elevate your artwork. Many artists prefer a steady hand, which sometimes can be challenging due to the texture of the gel. A steady grip can be achieved by resting your hand on a stable surface or using a lighter touch when applying the gel. As many creators share their stamping techniques across platforms like TikTok, look for inspiration by following hashtags dedicated to Jagua Gel art. Engaging with the community opens doors to finding your unique style. Whether you’re experimenting with floral patterns or geometric designs, the possibilities are endless. Happy creating with your Jagua Gel!
