I live in south Florida where cultural diversity is a norm. So, I found out there's an entire strip mall of middle eastern businesses, and one happened to be a store called middle eastern fashions. They have all the viral Arabic perfumes! So I found one that isn't viral because I like to try different, and omg! This perfume is sweet, powdery goodness! I couldn't stop smelling myself. It literally lasts ALL day! And if you sweat it will enhance the scent! I know the viral perfumes is what everyone is looking for, but I suggest searching outside the norm... there's Arabic scents that deserve just as much attention!#arabfragrance#arabicperfume#unfiltered#perfume

It’s not just about the food or festivals; it’s also about discovering hidden gems like the Middle Eastern strip mall I mentioned! Walking into 'Middle Eastern Fashions' was like stepping into another world – shelves upon shelves of beautiful, intricate perfume bottles, each one a potential treasure. It's exactly the kind of 'display' of unique fragrances I never knew I was missing.
When you're faced with such an amazing array of choices, it can be a little overwhelming, especially if you're used to mainstream brands. I remember seeing so many beautiful designs, each bottle a piece of art, really showcasing the rich heritage of Arabic perfumery. That's where I found my current obsession, the VIP Everyday Sweety 18 Rose. The packaging alone was intriguing – a red and white box, very eye-catching, and the name just sounded so inviting.
What I've learned from exploring these stores is that Arabic perfumes come in such a diverse 'display' of scent profiles. While I adore sweet and powdery, like my VIP Everyday Sweety 18 Rose, there's a whole world beyond that. You have the deep, resinous ouds, often blended with spices or florals, perfect for those who love a rich, complex aroma. Then there are the musks, which can be warm, clean, or even a bit animalic, adding a sensual depth. Ambers bring a cozy, inviting warmth, often with hints of vanilla or labdanum. And of course, beautiful florals, sometimes much bolder and longer-lasting than their Western counterparts. It’s like a vibrant tapestry of fragrances, each one telling a different story.
One thing that consistently stands out with Arabic perfumes, including my VIP Everyday Sweety 18 Rose, is their incredible longevity. We're talking 'lasts all day and then some' kind of power. Most of them are Eau de Parfum, meaning a higher concentration of fragrance oils, which explains why they cling to your skin and clothes for hours. My 100ML bottle feels like it will last forever because a little goes a very long way! Seriously, you only need one or two sprays, and you're good to go. And the projection? Amazing! People will notice your scent in the best way possible.
If you're curious to explore this world, my best advice is to step outside your comfort zone. Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations from the store owners; they are usually incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. Tell them what scents you usually like, and they can guide you through the 'display' of options. And definitely try them on your skin – perfume truly develops differently on everyone. You might just find your own non-viral, sweet, powdery, or even woody and spicy hidden gem that becomes your new signature scent, just like I did with my VIP Everyday Sweety 18 Rose!
