My trial recipe:

*makes about 4 bars

•1 cup oats

•3/4+ish cup nuts

•1/3 cup chocolate chips

• ~2 TBSP sunflower seeds

{{mix together in a bowl, set aside}}

Heat these together, stirring constantly:

•1/2 cup peanut butter

• ~1/2 cup syrup***

•1 tsp Vanilla Extract

•PINCH of salt

*** most people use honey, but the sugar content would send me to the urgent care unfortunately 😞

{{mix wet and dry together til everything is covered}}

Mold em up, pop em in the fridge! They’re ready in a couple of hours 😊
