Dear future RD,
Some days are hard. Some are magic. Most are both. This internship has stretched me in ways I never expected—mentally, emotionally, and professionally. I’ve learned to navigate the chaos, find joy in the small moments, and show up even when it’s tough. Every challenge, every early morning, every interaction is shaping me into the dietitian I’ve always dreamed of becoming. I’m not there yet—but I’m on my way. And I wouldn’t trade this chapter for anything.
