Ingredients:
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk or light coconut milk (warmed)
1 scoop Collagen powder
½ tsp Ground turmeric
¼ tsp Ground ginger (or freshly grated ginger)
1 tsp Allulose (adjust to taste for sugar-free sweetness) If not doing Keto use honey
1 pinch Black pepper (crucial to activate the turmeric!)
Optional: A few drops of liquid krill oil or a tiny touch of coconut oil (healthy fats help absorb the turmeric)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Warm the Base: Gently heat your almond or coconut milk in a small saucepan until warm, but not boiling.
2. Combine: Pour the warm milk into a blender or a tall glass if you are using a handheld milk frother.
3. Add the Powerhouses: Add the collagen powder, turmeric, ginger, allulose, and that crucial pinch of black pepper.
