Most jobs require teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Shonen protagonists like Naruto or Luffy would probably ace the teamwork part, with their unwavering loyalty and ability to inspire. But their 'job application anime' might be filled with chaotic anecdotes rather than formal achievements. Picture Naruto trying to explain his Rasengan as a 'highly effective energy manipulation technique for crowd control' or Luffy talking about stretching to reach high shelves as a qualification for a warehouse job. Their enthusiasm would be off the charts, but their understanding of corporate etiquette might be... lacking. Then you have the more stoic or powerful characters. How would someone like Mikasa Ackerman from Attack on Titan approach an interview? Her skills in agility and combat are unparalleled, but if asked about her communication style, she might just give a stern look.
