Check out the SHED IN LONG ISLAND !!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Shed, and let me tell you, it's quickly become one of my favorite spots on Long Island! With locations in Huntington, Plainview, and now Westbury, it’s super convenient to find a delicious meal no matter where you are. What I love most about The Shed is their commitment to the "EAT WELL. DRINK." philosophy. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, and the vibe is always so welcoming and lively. On my last visit, I started with their famous fried pickles – they come with a fantastic dipping sauce that I could honestly eat by the spoonful! They were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, a definite winning starter. For the main course, I couldn't resist trying the chicken and waffles. And seriously, it did not disappoint! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the waffles were light, fluffy, and dusted with powdered sugar, served with just the right amount of syrup and butter. It's truly a comfort food masterpiece. My friend opted for the baked mac and cheese, which was rich, creamy, and topped with fresh green onions – another absolute hit. I also spotted some sweet potato fries on a nearby table that looked amazing, so those are definitely on my list for next time! Their menu is incredibly diverse, covering everything from hearty brunch options to various starters, plates, salads, burgers, and sandwiches. Whether you're in the mood for a light bite or a full-on feast, The Shed has something for everyone. And let's not forget their fantastic drink selection! From creative cocktails and mocktails to a wide array of beers, draft beers, hard ciders, and wines (red, white, rosé, and sparkling), you'll find the perfect pairing for your meal. I tried a refreshing mocktail, and it was just what I needed. If you're looking for a great dining experience on Long Island, whether it's for brunch, lunch, or dinner, I highly recommend checking out The Shed. It’s perfect for a casual meal with friends, a family outing, or even a cozy date night. The atmosphere is always buzzing, and the food is consistently excellent. You really have to experience it for yourself – you won't be disappointed!
