For me, it’s a mental reset as much as it is a physical challenge, helping me clear my head and feel strong. People often ask me about my workout routine, and honestly, it varies, but the core remains consistent. I typically aim for 4-5 days a week, focusing on a mix of strength training and some high-intensity cardio. A typical day might involve starting with compound movements like squats and deadlifts, followed by isolation exercises. I love incorporating machine work too; that MATRIX machine for leg presses or rows? Absolute game-changer for targeting specific muscle groups and really feeling the burn. I remember one session on December 6th, pushing myself through a tough leg day and feeling that incredible post-workout high – it's those moments that make me truly obsessed. For strength, I prioritize progressive overload – slowly increasing weight or reps over time to keep challenging my muscles. My favorite upper body exercises include dumbbell rows, overhead presses, and various chest press variations. For lower body, squats, lunges, and glute bridges are staples in my routine. I also make sure to include core work – planks, Russian twists, and leg raises are my go-tos for a strong midsection. I’m always on the lookout for new workout exercises to keep things fresh and prevent plateaus.
